The application of metal roofing system has become more and more popular, and the waterproof property of metal roofing system plays a key role in the overall quality of the house. In order to improve our technology of waterproof performance of metal roofing system and our competitiveness in the steel structure industry, we consolidate and develop a set of production, joint design and construction technology applied in the metal roofing system, in order to achieve “no leaking". We developed HV-470, HV-612, HV-380 three types of roof plates with good occlusion connection, and on this basis, developed and designed the roofing waterproof connection from the key joint, joint fitting of nodes and construction manuals. Through the gradual popularization and application results, obvious economic and social benefits have been achieved.
