According to Xinhua, Beijing, June 2 - At the invitation of Kazakhstan President Nazarbayev, President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Kazakhstan from June 7 to 10 and attend the 17th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO Member States and Astana Special opening ceremony of World Expo.

The 2017 Astana World Expo in Kazakhstan will be held from June 10 to September 10, 2017 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, with the theme of "Energy for the Future". More than 100 countries and 10 international organizations are expected to participate. The venue area is 25 hectares. And the total planned area of the park is about 174 hectares.
